What is Fortuna's plan for the upcoming FHO+ model?
We have already integrated many of the changes proposed under the new FHO+ proposal and developed specific strategies to accommodate them. We are currently awaiting the official bulletin from the Ministry of Health to finalize our plans and implementations. That said, there is limited time remaining to recover lost Access Bonus before April 1st, 2026.
Does Fortuna only work with FHO family physicians?
Fortuna is designed to work specifically for all types of family physicians in Ontario, including FFS, CCM, FHO, FHG or FHN.
Does Fortuna support any other special disciplines?
Yes, we currently also work with physicians in other disciplines such as Plastic Surgery, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and more. However, our current primary focus is on family physicians.

How does Fortuna have access to my billing data?
After you grant us access to your GoSecure, we use Ministry-approved software to access your billing data through MCEDT without any EMR intervention. This is the same license used by all other EMRs and billing software in Ontario.
